Good Morning, I work for a TV production company in London, and we will be soon be shooting a popular documentary series about travelling and property in South Sardinia. This series is a very popular series on Channel 4 and Discovery Europe called 'A Place in the Sun', and it regularly attracts over 4 million viewers. The premise of the show is to bring a British couple who are interested in buying property to South Sardinia. We will show them 6 houses, one of which they will decide to buy at the end of the programme. This couple will be looking for a house ( with at least 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom ) that they would be able to spen their weekends/holidays We also would like to find another couple who have already moved to Sardinia, so that we can get the two couples together to talk about what it is like to move there; how moving there has changed their lives; and to talk about how much they like it there (as well as the great things to do and see on the island). For the intital research for this programme, I am looking to be pointed in the right direction. First, I am looking for as much houses as you can find ( their budget is 145.000€ maximum) in order to select the 6 best ones. Second, I am looking for couples who have already moved to Sardinia previously who might want to appear in the show (any contact information or information about gathering places, ex-pat magazines or shops would be very useful).
